THE OFFICIAL LOOKBOOK OF VERSACE FOR H&M IS OUT

Sometimes, all you need to spruce up a wardrobe and brighten up your day is a bunch of clothes in pop colors. H&M has tied up with no less designer than Versace to create a line of eye-popping designs. The collection reaches stores only on 17 November, but the official lookbook is already out. These head-turning designer clothes are sure to leave fashion-conscious men and women drooling.

The new tie-up between H&M and Versace is named “Versace for H&M”. The new collection, which features fashion lines for both men and women, is marked by fun and the use of a range of young, bright colors. If you are planning to make a splash at the next brunch or steal the show at the next party, the Versace for H&M line, with its young, quirky designs could be just the thing.

The first campaign visuals simply pop with color. The featured models are flavors of the day Daphne Groeneveld and Lindsey Wixson. Photographer duo Mert & Marcus captured the models in a variety of Versace for H&M clothes and accessories. The line is inspired by the greatest hits ever. Leather, print and color are used extensively in this cool collaborative collection whose prices start from $19.99 (for jewelry, of course) and go up to $299.

Of course, this is not H&M’s maiden tryst with collaboration either. In the past, the fast-fashion retailer has tied up with several other big names in the fashion industry. Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Lanvin and Jimmy Choo are among the most iconic designers to have worked with the retail brand. A second collaborative collection with Versace is set for a January 2012 release.
